The CGO is a public event and is held in a public facility. Families are very welcome at this event. Due to the different ages of persons attending, everyone needs to be very careful of the public images that we portray as members of the Transgendered Community.

There will be a Safety Crew to help keep the persons involved in this conference in compliance with the guidelines.

Guidelines 2010

* Act as Ladies and Gentlemen when in the public areas.
* If there is any offensive gestures, language, or profanity directed towards
  one of the conference attendees, a safety crew member needs to be notified     
  immediately.
* All  participants shall not hold The Courtyard and CGO,LLC responsible for any
  lost, stolen, or damaged items during the conference.
* All participants will be responsible for their personal safety.
* ANYONE NOT FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES FOR THE CGO OR THAT PUTS ANYONE DIRECTLY OR
  INDIRECTLY IN DANGER WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES AND NO MONEYS WILL BE
  REFUNDED.

A refund minus $25 will be available up to May 3... no refunds after that date.
